Alma Jean Trumble

Alma Jean (Sluder) Trumble, 79, Florence passed away peacefully on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Bridgepoint Care Center. She enjoyed spending her time crocheting, painting, doing ceramics, playing the organ, being a homemaker, wife and mother. Alma was born in Covington to Earnest and Ruth (Austin) Sluder who both precede her in death. She is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years James E. Trumble, daughters Theresa (Glenn) O’Brien, Frankfort, Jeanine (Tommy) Lane, Florence and Anissa Roberson, Cincinnati, sisters Charlene Lannigan, Edgewood, Maxine (Robert) Wheeldon, New Port Richey, Florida and Ruth Barretta, Florence, a brother Earnest “Junior” (Judy) Sluder, Union, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM for family and friends to remember her life. The funeral ceremony will follow at 1:00 PM with interment to be held immediately after at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger. The services will be held at Alliance Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Florence. Memorial contributions may be directed to the charity of donor’s choice.
