Billie Sue Finnell

Billie Sue Finnell, 67, Florence passed away unexpectedly on Friday November 17, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was the sales manager for Prestige Marketing located in Elsmere. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky to David and June Terry, Sr. Billie is survived by her husband Michael L. Clark, sons Obie (Tracey) Jones Jr and Nathaniel “Speedy” Jones both from Independence, sister Pat Holland, Hazard, KY, two brothers David (Loretta) Terry, Latonia and Richard Terry, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by daughter Samantha Stracener, brothers Glen Dale and Lebrun and sister Winifred Ramsey. Billie enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and adored her grandbabies. She was a member of the Florence Elks Lodge, gave of herself to others and had a special place in her heart for angels. Billie’s family invite all to join them for a time of gathering, reflecting and sharing memories on Sunday November 26, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Alliance Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Florence. A Celebration of Billie’s Life will follow immediately at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the funeral home in Billie’s name. Additional parking will be available at the Sims Furniture/Eagle Finance lot across the street from the funeral home. Handicapped individuals may exit their cars in front of the funeral home and funeral home staff will valet park your car. A crosswalk is located at the corner of Manderlay Drive and Dixie Highway.
