Charlene Mae Novogroski

December 7, 1964 — September 4, 2023

It is with utmost sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister and friend Charlene Mae Novogroski Fletcher, on September 4th 2023. She was 58 years old.

From a young age, she was a hardworking individual who was incredibly dedicated to her career and her family. Her work ethic brought her immense success and recognition in her professional life. Charlene took on many leadership roles throughout her working life and she thrived on helping others succeed. She made friends everywhere she went. She was a compassionate individual who would often help the homeless with food and toiletries, she never knew a stranger.

Charlene was not just a diligent leader, but also a devoted mother to her children and a loving grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchild. She loved celebrating the holidays and cooking for her friends and family.

Charlene knew how to live life to the fullest. She was always spending time with her family and friends. Whether at home, an amusement park, a concert, sporting event or a swimming pool, Charlene knew how to bring people together and her family's happiness was the biggest joy of her life. She will be remembered for her kindness, and her unwavering love and dedication to her family.

Charlene passed away suddenly, leaving behind her children Barbie (Greg) Burns, Scott (Danielle) Novogroski, Christina (Mikey) Muthert and Leslie Novogroski (Mckayla) Fischer, 14 grandchildren, a great grandchild, Sister Beverly Phillips, Brother Charles Fletcher, Stepfather David Jones and close friend Rick Mills. She was preceded in death by her Husband Scott Novogroski, Son Robert Novogroski, Grandson Seth Burns, Father Albert Fletcher, Mother Esther Jones Bond and Mother-in-Law Ann Novogroski.

She was a true inspiration to all those who knew her, and her absence will be felt deeply by her family, friends and co-workers. Rest in peace, Charlene. You will forever be missed but always cherished in our hearts.
