Listen to Obituary

Connie Jean Eaton, a vibrant spirit born on December 5, 1961, in Dayton, Kentucky, departed this life on July 17, 2025, in Williamstown, Kentucky. She was 63 years old. Connie's journey through life was marked by her endless passion for adventure, her nurturing soul, and her unwavering courage.

With a career as a machine operator in the automotive industry, Connie consistently showcased her outstanding work ethic and dedication. Her academic journey saw her complete her education by obtaining her G.E.D. after attending some high school, a testament to her determination and tenacity.

Connie possessed a friendly demeanor that drew people in. She was the embodiment of selflessness; her interests reflected her appreciation for life's simple joys. An avid lover of flowers, she found serenity in their beauty, and her faith was expressed through her involvement in church and gospel music, where she often sang joyfully in the choir. Country music also held a special place in her heart, and her vocal talents delighted all who listened.

Traveling brought her immense joy, with cruise ship escapades allowing her to explore the world. Among her many adventures, a particular fondness for Cuba stood out as her favorite destination. Whether fishing, playing cornhole, or demonstrating her skill in darts, Connie’s zest for life was infectious. Her love for the color purple mirrored her vibrant spirit, as she brought color and joy into the lives of those around her.

Connie is survived by her beloved daughter, Felicia Fore. She will also be dearly missed by her long-time friends: Sandra Clements, who stood by her side through thick and thin; her best friend and confidante, Oda Mae Durham; "sister," Sheila Marksberry, with whom she shared countless memories; and long-time caretaker and friend, RN Ginger Mull. Each of them cherishes the moments spent with Connie, whose adventurous personality and selfless nature left an indelible mark on their hearts.

Connie is predeceased by her father, Ira Schooler; mother, Lois Jean Roberts; sister, Mary Katherine Roberts; sister, Robin Noel; and brother, Roy J. Roberts. Their legacy lives on through her, and in the hearts of all who knew her.
