David Louis Brunk Iii

David Louis Brunk III, 72, passed away on November 28, 2019 at his home in Florence. Dave was a beloved father to his two children and worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator throughout his life. He was a muscle car and drag racing enthusiast, liked to make people laugh, enjoyed relaxing in the sun, loved local live music and as he said it, “going out to have a good time." Dave was recognized as a Kentucky Colonel and he also served in the Navy. He is survived by his daughter Carrie Brunk and son-in-law Bob Martin of Clear Creek, KY, his son Kenny Brunk of Florence, KY and his brother Randy Brunk and sister-in-law Nancy Brunk of Walton, KY as well as nephews Mike Brunk of Erlanger, KY and Jeff Brunk and family of Independence, KY. Dave’s wish was for his friends and family to “have a good time” in his honor. His children welcome you to join them for a Celebration of Life on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Grandview Tavern, 2220 Grandview Drive in Ft.
