Deborah Jane Pabst

April 19, 1952 — August 7, 2024

Deborah Jane Pabst, a cherished mother, sister, and friend, passed away on August 7, 2024, in Edgewood, Kentucky, at the age of 72. Born on April 19, 1952, in Covington, Kentucky, Deborah lived a full life marked by her unwavering spirit and the joy she found in simple pleasures.

Deborah's early years in Ft. Thomas laid the foundation for a life characterized by hard work, dedication, and the importance of family. She spent many years contributing to the workforce, filling orders in warehouses with a diligence that was admired by all who worked alongside her. Her commitment to her job was second only to the love and dedication she had for her family.

Family was the cornerstone of Deborah's life. She was a loving mother to her daughter Tanya Keeton (Brandon) and son Eric Pabst, who will miss her deeply. Her siblings Cindy Sherlock, Linda Mann (Mark Sr), Penny Sargeant, Lisa Duff, Mike Pabst Sr, Steve Pabst (James Blue), William Pabst (Paul Turner), Ken Pabst III, grandchildren Kayla Keeton, Teresa Keeton, Adrena Keeton, Hanna Keeton, and Harlow Pabst will remember her as the glue that held the family together through thick and thin. Deborah was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Kenneth and Elizabeth Pabst, her brothers Allen (Sheila) Pabst and Christopher Pabst, her sister Karen Sue Heringer, and her brothers-in-law Mike Sherlock, Bill Duff, Mark Sargent, as well as her nephews Mark Mann Jr. and Joe Brady.

Those who knew Deborah will recall her as a woman with a good sense of humor who could always be counted on for a laugh, even in trying times. Her passions included playing softball and bowling, and she was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and the Bengals, never missing a chance to cheer on her favorite teams. Deborah also enjoyed playing the lottery and visiting the boat to indulge in a bit of gambling, always hoping for that big win.

Despite her dislike for dialysis, Deborah faced this challenge with the same humor and resilience that characterized her approach to all of life's obstacles. She was a woman of great strength, and her ability to find humor in the face of adversity was an inspiration to all who knew her.

Above all, Deborah cherished the time spent with her family and grandkids. She was a constant presence in their lives, offering her love, support, and wisdom. The memories created during family gatherings, holidays, and everyday moments will be treasured by her loved ones forever.

Deborah's legacy is one of love, laughter, and the enduring bonds of family.

As we say goodbye to Deborah Jane Pabst, we celebrate a life well-lived and a woman well-loved.
