Elizabeth Ann Mahon, a lifelong resident of Covington, KY, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2025, at the age of 54. Born on February 22, 1970, in the same beloved town, Elizabeth was known for her unwavering work ethic, her love for cooking, and her kind-hearted nature towards all living creatures.As a devoted mother, Elizabeth's legacy lives on through her two cherished children, Rebecca Anne Mahon and Daniel James Mahon. Her love and guidance have been the cornerstone of their lives, and her memory will continue to be a guiding light for them. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Maxine Sebastian, who instilled in her the values of hard work, compassion, and the importance of family.Elizabeth spent many years as a dedicated factory worker at numerous places within her community. Her strong sense of responsibility and commitment to her work were evident to all who knew her. She took pride in contributing to the workforce and forged lasting friendships with her colleagues. Elizabeth's involvement in various associations within her workplace demonstrated her willingness to go above and beyond, not only in her job but also in serving others.Beyond her professional life, Elizabeth was an avid cook. She found joy in preparing meals for her family and friends, and her kitchen was often filled with the aromas of her delicious recipes. Her culinary talents were a true expression of her love and care for those around her.An ardent dog and animal lover, Elizabeth's compassion knew no bounds. Her pets were considered part of the family, receiving the same love and attention she gave to her human loved ones.
