Francis M. “Frank” Morgan III, 70, Florence passed away at Hospice Care of St. Elizabeth in Edgewood on Tuesday September 25, 2018 in the company of his loving family. Frank was a sports fanatic who enjoyed golfing, UK basketball and the Cincinnati Reds. Frank is survived by his sons Steven D. (Tracey) Morgan, Fairfield, OH and Tyler (fiancé Linda McDonough) Morgan, Sparta, sisters Lynn (William) Lockhorn, Sarasota, FL, Yvette M. (Bob) Carter, Independence and Yvonne L. (Paul) Kennedy, Ft. Myers, FL and his four beloved grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents Francis M. and Dorothy M. (Rinear) Morgan II and Frank’s sister Eva M. Wartmann. No services are planned at this time.
