Herman D Woods

Herman Delbert Woods of Dry Ridge passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016 at age 75. Herman attend Free Holiness Church in Covington for 37 years. He was a talented brick layer and loved his family. He enjoyed traveling to Florida, Maine, Hawaii, nine state parks and reading his Bible. Herman was a very proud and humble man. His brother Walter recalled that they did everything together including working, fishing and honoring the Lord. He was predeceased by his parents and his daughter Amy Besselman. He was very proud of his granddaughters Jessica Lowe who is in the Army and Melissa Besselman who is in the Navy. Herman is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Linda (Warren) Woods, son Gary Woods, Dry Ridge, daughter Melissa Cain, Verona, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, sister Iva Kelley, Indiana, brothers Raymond Woods, Williamstown, Harold (Fay) Woods, Corbin, Willis Woods and Walter Woods, Dry Ridge. Graveside services will be Friday, June 24, 2016 at Warsaw Cemetery beginning at 11:00 AM. Online condolences maybe left at www.alliancefuneralhome.net
