Ismeta Gosto

Ismeta Gosto, 70, passed away peacefully in her Florence home surrounded by her family and close friends on Sunday, October 11, 2015. She was born in Livno, Bosnia to her parents Jusuf and Hanka (Mulic) Jelec in 1945. Ismeta worked in Bosnia in elementary education where she taught art. She married her husband Ibrahim Gosto and they are the proud parents of two sons Ahmet (Amra) Gosto, Independence, and Adnan Gosto who preceded her in death. Ismeta is survived by her husband Ibrahim, sisters Sadika Hodzic, Emira Gasal, Sefika Karadza and Razija Brkic and brothers Ismet and Sefik Jelec. She loved her family, and enjoyed the time she shared with her grandchildren Leila, Adnan Jr. (AJ) and Leo. Ismeta was interred at Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, near her son Adnan, in a private ceremony attended by many family and friends.
