James M. Rice, 78, Florence passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019. He enjoyed gardening especially growing tomatoes in his backyard greenhouse and fishing. James is predeceased by his wife Denise, his daughter Patty Hopkins, four brothers, one sister and a granddaughter. He is survived by his daughters Denisa Natz and Jamie (Donald) Hicks, sister Mary (Edward) Combs and sister-in-law Debbie Rice, 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Alliance Funeral Home & Cremation Center from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM until time of the service at 1:00 PM. Burial at Burlington Cemetery.
