John Henry Carroll

On Monday August 28, 2015 the “Fun Brothers” unexpectedly lost one of its members. John Henry Carroll, 58, of Covington passed away at 2:13 PM at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence. He is survived by the remaining members of the “Fun” brothers Bill Carroll of Milford and Bob Carroll of Loveland. John was born in Cincinnati to John and Mary Margaret (Schmidt) Carroll. He was employed as a sales representative by Prestige Marketing. He was fondly described by a co-worker as being a fun loving jokester. John loved the outdoors especially hiking and canoeing. His sister Elizabeth recalled that he always had a good time and that partying was his hobby. John is survived by his daughters Holly and Amber Carroll of Ohio, sisters Mary (Mike) Aden and Elizabeth Spaulding both residing in Cincinnati and five grandchildren. Both of John’s parents and a step-son John McMahon preceded him in death. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday September 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Glendale, Ohio.
