Joseph E Jackson II (aka J.R.)
December 18, 1972 – Oct. 19, 2025
Joseph (J.R.) was a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He passed away
unexpectedly on October 19, 2025, at his home in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born December 18,
1972 in East Liverpool, OH. He attended Ludlow schools and graduated from Dixie Heights
High School.
He was a master tile setter and owned a successful tile and remodeling company for over 10
years. He attended Bikers Church in Erlanger, KY whenever possible. He had a love for
University of Kentucky football and basketball, all things Buffalo Bills and with an even greater
love of Harley Davidson motorcycles. Whenever possible, he could be seen riding his Harley
where ever the wind blew.
He is survived by a son Christian Jackson, treasured granddaughters Khania and Khloe, his
parents Joseph and Donna Jackson and brother Nathan (Stephanie Horn). Two nephews Thomas
and Nathan Alexander Jackson and niece Hevin Jackson. He also leaves behind many aunts,
uncles and cousins.
He will be remembered for his sense of humor, an infectious smile and having a good heart. He
never met a stranger, just a friend with no name. His legacy of love and kindness will forever
resonate in the hearts of many. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Monday Oct. 27 th ,
2025 from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm at Alliance Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 7816 Dixie
Hgwy., Florence, Kentucky 41042. A service by Pastor Jerry Spiegel will be held at 6:30 pm
immediately following the visitation. A memorial ride will take place in the spring or summer at
which time his remains will be spread near the lookout in Warsaw, Kentucky. Everyone is
welcome to join including those who wish to go in vehicles.
