He is survived by his mother Paula Hamlet, Owenton, KY, his father Claude Patrick Lawson, Richmond, KY, sisters Miranda Lawson Berea, KY, Morgan Lawson, Richmond, KY, brother Corey Lawson, grandparents Patricia (Jerry) Osborne ,Claude (Bernice) Lawson, aunts, uncles, nieces and a nephew.
