Katie Elizabeth Lohre

Katie Lohre of Lakeside Park, passed away on December 7, 2014 with her loving family by her side after a long journey with leukemia. Katie showed an enormous amount of courage, strength and laughter along the way. Her unique sense of humor kept everyone entertained. She enjoyed fly-fishing with her family. Katie attended Lakeside Presbyterian Church and participated in the youth group. She is survived by her parents Jim and Kristy Lohre, her brother Matthew, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be missed greatly by Dixie Color Guard, Winter Guard and her Dixie Heights Marching Band friends. Please join Katie's family for a celebration of her life in the cafeteria of Dixie Heights High School on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 6:00-7:00 PM. Memorial Service Friday, December 12, 2014 from 6:30-7:30 PM with a reception to follow at Lakeside Presbyterian Church, 2690 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY 41017.
