Lawrence “Tommy” Thomas Tobergte II, 55 years of age, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at his home in Demossville. Tommy was injured in a construction site cave several years ago and his life was changed forever after that. He was able to pursue his passion for woodworking, mechanics and restoring automobiles. Survivors include his daughter Chelsea (Jake) Martin, Walton, sister Angela “Angel” (Mason) Pewett, Newport, and three grandchildren. Tommy was left to remember his parents Lawrence Thomas Tobergte and Sandra Lee Baynum Runck, and his beloved step mother Eva Tobergte who predeceased him. Chelsea would like to show her gratitude to Tommy’s aunts Darla and Sue for the constant attention they provided to comfort and care for him until the day he passed away. On Wednesday, July 14, 2021 family and friends are invited to show their love and remembrance of Tommy from 11:00AM-12:30PM at Alliance Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Florence. The Gathering of Friends will conclude about 12:30 PM and the Celebration of Tommy’s Life will begin at that time.
