Matthew Paul Higgins,38, “went somewhere over the rainbow to his next travel destination” on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood, KY. Matt was a kind, caring, funny, sensitive person who made friends easily. He enjoyed traveling and living life to the fullest. Matt is survived by his loving parents Anna and Paul Higgins, brother Aaron Higgins (Jessica), Memere Gloria M. Ouellette, niece Sophie and nephew Oliver, Lucky Higgins, many extended family members, best friend and second Mom Pamela Roberts, close friend Ricardo Hueso, special friend Kathryn Pessimo, Leslie Miller, Soga Rouse, Susan Dickerson, Brandon Wilson and his second family at Costco. A Gathering of Friends will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at Alliance Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 7816 Dixie Highway, Florence from 11:00AM-1:00PM.
