Robert G Keeton

June 26, 1957 — October 7, 2017

Robert G. Keeton, 60, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017 surrounded by his loved ones at his home in Walton, Ky. He was born in Oneida, Tennessee. Robbie was a retired brick mason, jack of all trades, and according to his daughter and son, he “knew everything and was always right.” He is preceded in death by his sister Faye Chaffin, brother Allen Keeton, his parents Milford Keeton and Christine (Kidd) Conley and stepfather Thomas Conley. Robbie was a member of the NRA and enjoyed NASCAR racing, especially Jimmy Johnson. He was a family man with a great sense of humor and adored his grand- daughters. He was loved by many, always helped however he could and never asked for anything in return. He is survived by his children, Glenda (John) Ray of Walton and Thomas Keeton of Florence, 2 granddaughters, Chelsey and Jenna Ray, the mother of his children Cheryl Keeton of Florence, sister Dolores (Bill) Deininger of Florence, and brother Larry (Jennifer) Keeton of Erlanger, and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM and funeral ceremony will follow immediately after at Alliance Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Florence. Interment will be at New Bethel Cemetery in Verona. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of the funeral home.
