Shannon R Courtney

Shannon Rochelle Courtney, 28, of Florence passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Ft. Thomas on Christmas Day in 1989. Shannon is survived by her parents Marty (Mary) Courtney, of Erlanger and Dee (Larry) Beckerich, of Independence, her daughter Karsin Courtney, of Florence, fiancé Kyle Herzog, of Florence, sisters Lynn Storey, of Erlanger, Amber (Eric) Flannery, of Florence, Jasmine Courtney, of Independence, brothers Michael Storey, of Richwood, Aaron Storey, of Independence and Brandon Castleman, of Grant County, and stepsisters Shannon (Brian) Ford, of Grant County and Yvonne Pack, of Hebron, along with her aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. Shannon loved reading novels, cooking and singing. She loved to make people laugh, she was funny, and her sarcasm was one of her most notable traits. She was an amazing mother, fiancé, daughter, sister and friend to many. Shannon’s family invite you to join them for a Gathering of Friends from 10:00 AM-12:30 PM on November 14, 2018 at Alliance Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Florence.
