Susan L Kagy

Susan Kagy, 74, Erlanger passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Edgewood. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University. Has been a member of Bethany Lutheran Church of Erlanger, where she was a member of the altar guild, and past treasurer of the LWML women’s group of the church. Sue enjoyed reading, especially English mysteries and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Susan is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Walter A. Kagy, sons Robert (Cameron) Kagy, Peoria, Illinois and Daniel Kagy, Troy, Ohio, sisters Janet Sneddon, Anchorage, Alaska and Margaret “Peggy” (Waldo) Worthington, Katy, Texas, and grandchildren Lillian, Andrew and Jillian. She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Margaret (Knickerbocker) Bachmeyer formally of Cincinnati and Poughkeepsie New York. Sue and Walt raised their family in Austintown, Ohio where they lived for 33 years before moving to Erlanger Kentucky. A Celebration of Sue’s Life will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Bethany Lutheran Church, 3501 Turkeyfoot Road in Erlanger at 7:00 PM.
