Thomas Lee Midgett

Thomas Lee Midgett, 64, Florence, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Florence. Thomas enjoyed playing cards, especially Texas Hold’em and euchre. Thomas was an avid wrestling fan and his favorite wrestler was the Undertaker. He was a perfectionist who was also a handy man. Thomas was a spiritual man. His family described him as a “big kid” who loved children and they enjoyed his playful nature. He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Geneva Midgett, his twin brother David, brothers William and Donald Midgett and his son Billy Midgett. Thomas is survived by his son Thomas Midgett III of Florence sisters Sharon Horton of Florence, Janice Jones of Alexandria, brother Robert Midgett of Florence and Samantha, A.J., Austin, Genelle and Hailey. He will be missed by many. Visitation Monday, December 7, 2015 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at Alliance Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Florence. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place in Mother of God Cemetery, Covington., KY.
