Timothy Joe Mobley

Timothy Joe Mobley, 53, Burlington passed away on Saturday January 23, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Florence following a brief, but courageous battle against cancer. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends, had a green thumb for gardening, fishing, was especially handy at building custom, creative wind chimes and a member of Beechgrove Holiness Church. His father Roy Franklin Mobley and nephew Benjamin “Chris” Bolt preceded him in death. Tim is survived by his mother Wanda Lee Mobley, Burlington, sisters Tina Marie (Randy) Rector, Burlington and Delana Lee Sandlin, Alexandria, brothers Jeffrey and Curtis Ray Mobley, Burlington, Roy Dale (Debbie) Mobley, Florence, and James “Jamie” Franklin Mobley, Walton, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Please join us in celebrating Tim’s life on Thursday January 28, 2016 from 11 AM- 1 PM at Alliance Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Florence. Brother Charles Isaacs will be officiating the funeral ceremony at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Beechgrove Holiness Cemetery in Burlington.
