- Filing Kentucky death certificate
- Notify Social Security Administration of death
- Notify Veterans Administration for possible benefits
Cremation with Viewing and Funeral Ceremony $4045
- Accompany decedent to the funeral home from place of death
- Decedent identification process
- Normal embalming
- Dressing, cosmetizing and positioning decedent in the casket
- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 2-hour Gathering of Friends, same day as the service at the funeral home
- Use of facilities, staff, and equipment for the memorial ceremony
- Memorial service at funeral home (2 1/2 hours total)
- Rental casket
- Register book
- Casket spray (NOT INCLUDED)
- Crematory fee
- Accompany decedent to the crematory

- Legal next of kin to sign cremation authorization within 48 hours
- 48 hours refrigeration and sheltering of decedent (Additional time will incur $100 per day charge)
- 1-hour Gathering of Friends, same day as the service at the funeral home (1 ½ hours total)
- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Use of facilities, staff, and equipment for the memorial service
- Cremation wreath (NOT INCLUDED)
